1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MAX Storage Buildings website (maxstoragebuildings.com), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and represent budgetary pricing for planning purposes. Final pricing may vary based on current inventory, site conditions, and custom requirements. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur.

3. Orders and Deposits

Commonly stocked items require a $200 deposit to hold. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit and a signed order confirmation. Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price. Custom or special-order items may require different deposit terms, which will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors including weather, inventory availability, and logistics may affect delivery schedules. Free delivery applies within 888 km of Edmonton and Toronto on select models. Delivery fees for other locations are calculated based on distance from our nearest shipping hub. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring site access is suitable for delivery trucks.

5. Installation

MAX Storage Buildings is a supplier of fabric storage building structures. We do not perform installation services. Any installation services referenced on our website, in quotes, or in communications are provided exclusively by independent third-party contractors and installation companies that operate under their own business licences, insurance, and liability coverage.

As a courtesy to our clients, MAX Storage Buildings may assist in identifying or recommending third-party installers in your area. We may also facilitate introductions or help coordinate scheduling on your behalf. However, any such referrals or arrangements are provided as a convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any installer's work, qualifications, or reliability.

In some cases, MAX Storage Buildings may collect payment for installation services on behalf of the third-party installer as a convenience to all parties. Any such payment is collected in an intermediary capacity only. Accepting or processing installation payments does not create an employer-employee, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between MAX Storage Buildings and any installer, nor does it make MAX Storage Buildings a party to the installation agreement. MAX Storage Buildings acts solely as a facilitator of payment between the purchaser and the independent installer.

MAX Storage Buildings assumes no responsibility, liability, or obligation whatsoever in connection with installation services, including but not limited to:

• The quality, timeliness, or completeness of any installation work
• Any property damage, personal injury, or loss arising from or related to installation
• Any disputes, claims, or disagreements between the purchaser and the installer
• Any costs, damages, or additional expenses resulting from improper or incomplete installation
• The installer's compliance with local building codes, permits, or regulations

The purchaser acknowledges that any agreement for installation services is entered into directly and solely between the purchaser and the third-party installer. The purchaser is responsible for independently verifying the installer's credentials, insurance, and suitability for the project. Clients are welcome to arrange installation through their own preferred contractors.

Installation requires a level, prepared surface (compacted gravel, concrete pad, or equivalent). The purchaser is responsible for all site preparation prior to the installation date. Installation does not include foundation work, concrete, electrical, or plumbing unless separately agreed upon between the purchaser and their chosen installer.

6. Returns and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipping for a full refund of the deposit. Once a building has shipped, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs. 7. Warranty

All MAX Storage Buildings are covered by our warranty program, including a 2-year manufacturing warranty and 12-year limited fabric cover warranty. Full warranty terms are available on our Warranty page.

8. Limitation of Liability

MAX Storage Buildings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modifications, or extreme weather events beyond design specifications.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website to transmit harmful or malicious content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with other users' experience. Content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of MAX Storage Buildings and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that all information on the website is complete, current, or error-free. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from actual products. Specifications are subject to change as we improve our products.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including our financing partner (First Capital Leasing). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external websites. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
