Every building ships complete: galvanized steel frame kit, 750g PVC cover, tensioning ratchet straps and hardware, heavy-duty ground stakes, assembly instructions, and door frames with winch systems.

Regulations vary by municipality. Many customers install without permits for temporary or movable structures, but we recommend checking with your local authority first. We can provide technical drawings for permit applications if needed.

Minimal. Keep covers clean and properly tensioned, check anchors periodically, and inspect after major storms. The PVC is highly durable but will eventually become brittle from UV exposure over the 10–11 year lifespan — at which point you simply swap the cover.
