Identify the building size, fabric, delivery location and intended use. Ask for delivery, installation and any DrySpan™ insulation supply to be shown separately. Site work, equipment, travel, taxes and other costs must be confirmed in the written scope.
Can installation be included?
When you purchase the building package through MAX, ask how installation can be included in financing. The lender confirms eligible costs and the approved terms. A displayed kit price or payment illustration does not include an installation quote.
Compare more than the monthly payment
Ask the lender to state the amount financed, rate, term, payment schedule, fees, total repayment, any deposit or final payment, and early-payment conditions. A sample payment on this website is an illustration, not a personalized offer.
Business, farm and personal purchases
Tell the lender who is buying and how the building will be used. Available finance or lease structures depend on the application. This website does not determine tax treatment, deductions or an accounting classification for your purchase.
